Nova Digital provides cryptocurrency trading services including spot trading, futures trading, leveraged tokens, copy trading, and trading bots. All trading activities carry inherent risks, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Fees and Charges
Nova Digital charges fees for certain services, including trading fees, send fees, and other applicable charges. Fee schedules are available on our Fee page and may be updated from time to time. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of our services.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any other form of market abuse. You shall not use our platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Nova Digital platform are owned by or licensed to Nova Digital. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
